RAFA 2013 (www.rafa2013.eu) will be organised on November 5-8, 2013, in Prague, Czech Republic.

REGISTRATION for RAFA 2011 conference is CLOSED.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via e-mail indicating the total amount of payment due. If it will not be delivered within a few minutes after submitting of your registration please contact us at RAFA2011@vscht.cz.

The regular registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to the RAFA 2011 symposium / RAFA workshops / RAFA seminars (not for pre- or post-RAFA events)
  • Access to the poster area and to the exhibition

  • Welcome cocktail
In the registration form you can register free of charge for the welcome cocktail and you can pre-order ticket(s) for the symposium dinner (€ 60).

Please note that your registration is firm when your payment has been received.

Cancellation policy and refunds
Only written cancellations can be accepted, to be sent to RAFA2011@vscht.cz
Cancellation before September 1, 2011 – refund 75%; no refunds after that date.

Further information
The organizers cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of properties, injuries, unexpected events, travel delays, non-appearance of specific speakers, program changes.
Be sure to travel with a valid insurance.

Visas
Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from the organisers at the time of registering for the event, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. The organizers can do nothing further to assist this process.
